Teaching Expert

We are seeking a highly qualified Science Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis, covering a maternity leave from January. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to make a positive impact on the educational journey of our students.

About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics topics.
• Provide pastoral support to students and contribute to the school's ethos of care and community.
• Collaborate with the Science department to create and share resources, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine teaching practices.

Key Requirements:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification with a specialism in Science.
• A thorough understanding of the Science curriculum and ability to teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics confidently at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality Science lessons to students with varying abilities.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience.
