Healthcare Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Operational and Project Manager to join our team at First Clinical Ltd as a Healthcare Transformation Lead. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of strategic experience in the Healthcare industry, with expertise in operational and project management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering significant improvements in patient outcomes, including reducing waiting times for treatment by an average of 4 days and successfully delivering business cases securing recurrent funding of £300K per annum.
Apart from these achievements, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing Cost-Improvement Plans (CIPs), providing assurance on operational and clinical efficiencies, and advising NHS Trusts and Clinical Research Organisations in designing clinical trial management databases.
As a Senior Manager, the candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong background in management of operating theatres wards, sterile services units, and other healthcare specialisms.
The estimated salary for this position is around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
