Job Overview:

We are seeking a Creative Leader to spearhead our Art and Culture Initiatives at Nationalmuseums. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement innovative programs that engage audiences and drive cultural growth.

About the Role:

This full-time position, available for up to one year as a maternity cover FTC, requires a seasoned professional with expertise in creative programming and collections management. As Director: Creative Programmes and Collections, you will oversee a team of curators, community producers, and exhibitions managers to deliver exceptional experiences for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of creative programmes and collections initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and stakeholder engagement
  • Mentor and coach staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
