Job Title: Senior FF&E Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join our team at Verto People. As a Senior FF&E Designer, you will be responsible for leading the FF&E design process for luxury residential projects. This includes developing and presenting design concepts, mood boards, and FF&E schedules. You will also utilize EstiMac / EstiPC software to manage FF&E specifications and procurement. Additionally, you will source and select high-end furniture, finishes, fixtures, and equipment. Collaborating with the interior design and architecture teams in London is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the FF&E design process for luxury residential projects
* Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and FF&E schedules
* Utilize EstiMac / EstiPC software to manage FF&E specifications and procurement
* Source and select high-end furniture, finishes, fixtures, and equipment
* Collaborate with the interior design and architecture teams in London

Requirements:

* Degree qualified in Interior Design, or similar field
* Proven experience in FF&E design for luxury residential projects
* Strong knowledge of EstiMac / EstiPC software
* Excellent communication and project management skills
