Job Title: Scientific Communications Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Communications Specialist to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our medical communications team, you will be responsible for managing and completing assigned medical communications deliverables at high quality standards and in accordance with agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete assigned medical communications deliverables, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide sets, satellite symposia content, congress or advisory board reports, and publication planning & medical education materials.
  • Interpret and apply clinical data in medical communication deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal medical and clinical teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical and scientific knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.

Requirements:

  • Education Qualification - Science degree as a minimum & preferably Masters of PhD qualified (MSc, PhD, PharmD or MD)
  • Extensive experience – Minimum of 5+ years experience in medical communications essential
  • Medical writer / Medical or Healthcare Scientific writing expertise
  • Specific command of medical therapeutic areas (medical/scientific/therapeutic area content) for publications and materials
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Exceptional communication, writing and listening skills
