About the Role


This dynamic position involves coaching and mentoring young individuals to help them achieve independent living. Key responsibilities include:



  • Coaching and Engagement: Empower young people to articulate their aspirations, take responsibility for personal development, and engage with local services.
  • Housing Support: Provide guidance on managing occupancy agreements, promoting a credit culture, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of housing and welfare benefits.
  • General Duties: Work collaboratively as part of a team, ensuring non-judgmental support during day and evening shifts, while contributing to a positive working environment.

About You
