We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our domestic maintenance team at ARC Group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 2 NVQ or time-served in carpentry, along with experience in responsive maintenance and voids works.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out repairs and maintenance works on residential properties.
- Assist in reactive repairs and void operations.
- Manage day-to-day jobs allocated by a central team.
- Update PDA devices with key information and work schedules.
- Minimum Level 2 NVQ or time-served in carpentry.
- Experience in responsive maintenance and voids works.
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE.
- Weekly pay with a 1-hour pay resolution guarantee.
