Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate past performance and current trends, and provide insightful recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Perform in-depth financial analysis and prepare regular reports to ensure accurate completion of month-end financial analysis for review.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior financial analysts and provide guidance and oversight on complex tasks, ensuring the development of a high-performing team.
  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date on changes in financial regulations that could impact the organization and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
  • Designations: CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) or MBA designation.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite software, experience with SQL programming or another database query knowledge for database modeling, and proficiency with financial planning software such as SAP, ERP systems.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience with people management and a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
