Job Title: Senior PR Manager for UK Retail

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PR Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our International Stores Comms organisation, you will be responsible for delivering effective PR campaigns that showcase the value of shopping with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated PR campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects and launches that meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers
  • Provide counsel to internal executives on PR challenges and opportunities
  • Manage and execute crisis communications and issues management

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in a creative communications role, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry
  • Strong understanding of the UK retail and online markets
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience in digital and social media, as well as influencer marketing
  • Issues management experience, including development of messaging and Q&A documents
