We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Fundraiser to join our team at STC Payroll Giving. As a Regional Fundraiser, you will be responsible for engaging and inspiring employees at some of the UK's biggest and most important companies, helping them raise money for charities across the UK and raising their CSR impact.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Professional Fundraising Organisation, with many opportunities for career progression and full training provided. You will be part of a highly-motivated team who raise money with smiles on their faces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and inspire employees at corporate sites to raise money for charities
  • Work as part of a team of fundraising experts to deliver targets and achieve results
  • Share engaging stories and updates with stakeholders
  • Represent STC Payroll Giving with professionalism and respect
  • Adhere to our code of conduct and data security rules
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience of delivering and achieving targets in a customer-related environment or similar
  • Independence, autonomy, and a passion for making a difference
  • A fundraising, marketing, or sales background with initiative, enthusiasm, and passion for fundraising
