Requirements:
- A proven track record in successful CQC good-rated care homes management, backed by a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification in Health and Social Care
- Compassionate yet assertive leadership, driving positive changes and continuous improvement in care quality
- Demonstrated experience in executing action plans to increase occupancy
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong relationship-building abilities
