About the Role:As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end implementation projects, including ensuring successful deployments of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will collaborate closely with the businesses, other stakeholders, external suppliers & contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, establish timelines, allocate resources, and drive project execution to achieve business objectives and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business expectations.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the full spectrum of IT activities, collaborating with subsidiary businesses to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, business analysts, and third-party vendors, to drive project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication and Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for the businesses, maintaining regular communication, providing project updates, and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Conduct thorough project reviews, assessments, and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with some experience on Dynamics 365 implementations and digital transformation projects, perhaps at a junior level.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a collaborative environment.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) preferred.
