About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technology Integration Manager to join our team at EA First Ltd. This exciting opportunity involves shaping the strategy of IT systems for a growing Cambridge business.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, experience working with/for a startup/scale-up organization, and a strong understanding of ITIL framework. They should be familiar with Cloud-based systems, particularly those in the Pharma/Biotech industry.

Responsibilities include ensuring robust and high-performing IT systems are in place, maintaining and upgrading systems, and taking ownership of the company's Finance, HR, and business systems. The successful candidate will also identify, propose, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities, evaluate IT risks, and develop remediation plans.

The salary range for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, with full-time employment and flexible start and finish times possible. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with at least 2/3 days per week onsite in Cambridge.
