We're a leading insurance company, driven by data and innovation. Our underwriting skills are built on data expertise, making us stand out in the market.
As a Complaints and Quality Assessor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our internal processes. You'll review our formal complaints process, undertake root cause analysis, and drive actions to resolve complaints. You'll also keep the team updated on new internal assurance and process changes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements.
We offer a flexible working arrangement, with 3 days of remote work and 2 days in the office. If you prefer to be in the office more, that's okay too.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver the internal assurance framework within Customer Relations.
- Work closely with the Prevention Specialist to tackle the causes of complaints.
- Comply with the Group Code of Conduct and Fitness and Propriety policies.
- Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Values, and guidelines.
- Experience of root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of complaint handling practices and FCA requirements.
- A flexible approach and positive attitude.
