Job Overview

The role of a Band 6 Physiotherapist at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board involves assisting the Ward Manager in delivering the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring a patient-centered approach.

Main Duties
  • Take charge of the day-to-day clinical and nurse management of the ward in the absence of more senior staff.
  • Supervise junior staff and provide guidance and support to qualified and unqualified staff.
  • Foster harmonious working relationships within the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Cover for the Ward Manager on an occasional basis.
