Design and Decor Specialist

As a Decorative Manager at Compass Group UK&I, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through creative and visually stunning decorations. You will work closely with the Head of Creative to develop and implement innovative design solutions for various events. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards will be essential in ensuring that all decor items meet the highest expectations.
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience.

As a Decorative Manager, you will be responsible for managing the decs warehouse, preparing and packing event setups, tastings, and canapé trays, and assisting the Head of Creative with design and creative support for various events.

- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse, ensuring all items are securely stored.
- Communicate effectively with event teams to ensure all creative elements are delivered as planned.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with a passion for design.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A valid driving license and the ability to drive the company van.
