As a Senior Social Work Manager with Tripod Partners, you will play a key role in the efficient and effective delivery of social work services. This is a first-tier line manager post that requires experience of working with high levels of social complexity and risk of harm. You will be responsible for supervising the practice and decision-making of Approved Child and Family Social Workers, as well as developing the skills of individuals and teams within child and family social work services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide supervision to other Social Workers in the team
* Supervise students, trainees, less experienced professional team members, support staff or volunteers
* Promote and govern excellent practice, and the delivery of the directorate's statutory duties and responsibilities
