About This Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Vehicle Approvals Specialist to join our team in Milton Keynes/Hybrid. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align Scania vehicle specifications with current applicable Type Approval requirements.
  • Evaluate new Scania product introductions, providing technical and legislative input to local market introduction decisions and activities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to enable approval training for both internal sales personnel and external parties.
  • Ascertain the legal requirements and necessary documentation to get a vehicle road ready.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of industry regulations, laws, and policies related to vehicle approvals.
  • Proven experience in vehicle approvals, preferably with Scania.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
