Job Title: Information Technology Delivery Manager

Interface Recruitment UK is seeking an experienced Information Technology Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Information Systems department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT technical projects within budget and in line with our 5-year plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical direction for the delivery and integration of major technical projects from definition to implementation.
  • Review business context for solutions to organizational challenges and define requirements and deliverables.
  • Assure solutions align with our IT Strategy and standard guidelines for technology solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage day-to-day project delivery and business relationships.
  • Support the IT Project Manager in managing the project budget and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Command a group audience and lead technical discussions.
  • Own the technical delivery lifecycle and manage technical risks.
  • Anticipate needs and position training, support, and other solutions for successful handover of technical solutions.
  • Engage with end users, internal technical support, and third-party support to effectively transition technology solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of delivering technical projects with multiple workstreams and budgets up to £500k.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate constraints, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ownership of project objectives and a tenacity to achieve success.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with all levels of project stakeholders up to and including board level.
  • Experience with Cloud-native services and applications, preferably Microsoft Azure/Entra ID.
  • Delivering successful projects in line with our company value 'DO THE RIGHT THING'.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Relevant accreditations such as ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP, or industry-specific certifications.
Work Experience:
  • A minimum of 7 years' work experience in a growing and challenging environment.

  • Accountability: Takes clear ownership and accountability for assigned projects and tasks.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercial awareness with an operational and strategic mindset.
  • Stakeholder management.
