Cooplands Team Leader Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading, inspiring, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and food preparation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous team leader or retail management experience.
