Job Summary:

As a QESH Specialist with SEDA Talent, you will be responsible for maintaining a constant audit-ready state, overseeing EHS standards, and managing related issues and process improvements. This role is ideal for a food safety specialist looking to develop their career in a vibrant business with opportunities for growth and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Site lead for hygiene, food safety, and GMP, environmental, and health & safety improvements
* Ensure the site meets all standards and policies, including legislation and customer requirements, concerning quality and food safety
* Oversee and manage environmental, health, and safety (EHS) issues and activities at the site level, ensuring compliance with legal and company EHS standards
* Contribute to improving EHS-related processes
* Responsible for managing the company's Quality Management System, including HACCP, and providing technical support to other departments through education, advice, and problem-solving

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of EHS standards and regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
