Supply Chain Expertise: We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Logistics Specialist to join our team at Orean Personal Care Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming shipments from Far East suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to our UK and US sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers to resolve issues and delays, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Partner Communication: Communicate effectively with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure accurate invoicing and auditing.
  • Document Management: Maintain shipping documents and invoices for auditing purposes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all shipments comply with regulatory and company standards.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide ad-hoc procurement support and cover for team members during annual leave, while maintaining close collaboration with the Accounts team.

What We Offer: The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have opportunities for career growth and professional development within our dynamic team.
