Job Title: Recycling Educator - Waste Management Specialist

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Co is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recycling Educator to join our team. As a Recycling Educator, you will be responsible for delivering small to medium behavioural change projects, education, and awareness campaigns across the locality, and supporting the environmental development of operational services in the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs to promote recycling and waste reduction practices among local communities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver effective waste management strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in waste reduction and recycling practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups, schools, and other stakeholders to promote the Company's environmental initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to employees on waste reduction and recycling practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of waste reduction and recycling programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental education, waste management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
