At Sodexo, we prioritize the safety of our patients, staff, and visitors. As a Security Officer in Hereford, you will be responsible for ensuring hospital facilities are secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet staff and visitors, enforcing security protocols
  • Monitor CCTV, Access Control, and protective systems
  • Respond to incidents, activations, or fault reporting
  • Provide guidance, answer calls, and relay messages to visitors and staff
  • Carry out regular patrols throughout your shift

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and awareness skills
  • A full current driving license
  • Experience in similar roles, with knowledge of security techniques and local emergency procedures
  • Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
