Job Title: Therapeutic Radiographer

Location: Birmingham Area

Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Salary: £31 per hour (Ltd), Estimated Annual Salary: £63,920

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Radiographer to join our team on a temporary basis. This role involves delivering high-quality radiotherapy treatment to patients, providing compassionate care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver precise radiotherapy treatments as prescribed by oncology consultants, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
  • Operate and maintain radiotherapy equipment, conduct routine quality checks, and report issues promptly.
  • Work closely with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, follow NHS policies and protocols, and adhere to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent, with HCPC registration.
  • Prior experience in a therapeutic radiography role within the NHS is preferred.
  • Able to commit to full-time hours on a temporary basis.
