Our team in Lincoln, NE, is seeking an experienced Viral Antigen Assembler to join our Assembly department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 4:30am to 1:00pm with occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will have excellent aseptic technique skills and be able to assemble viral and bacterial antigens into final serials.

You will work closely with our production team to ensure smooth operations and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This includes maintaining accurate inventories, performing environmental monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

  • Assemble viral and bacterial antigens into final serials
  • Understand and apply excellent aseptic technique as it relates to serial production
  • Maintain accurate inventories of bulk fluids and other components
  • Perform environmental monitoring and troubleshoot equipment issues
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience in biological production and/or aseptic manufacturing is preferred
  • Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of the metric system
