About the Role
The Destination Host is a key member of the JLL team, responsible for creating an exceptional experience for visitors to our destinations. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate a welcoming environment that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Build meaningful relationships with occupiers, customers, and stakeholders to create a sense of community and belonging.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, using this insight to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive foot traffic and engagement.
- Manage and oversee events, ensuring that they are well-organized, safe, and enjoyable for all attendees.
- Provide administrative support to the destination management team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as required.
