Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Network Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting our customer and core networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the network for issues and take corrective action to resolve problems remotely or dispatch an engineer as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve tickets raised by business customers via our ticket support centre.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a 1st/2nd line network support role.
  • Experience in data centre environments.
  • Confident using different routing protocols, specifically BGP.
