We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Aquatic Coach to join our swim school. As a Level 2 Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students of various skill levels.
The estimated salary for this position is £20,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:- Teach swimming lessons to students of varying skill levels
- Mentor and support students in achieving their swimming goals
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans
This is a part-time position, with hours ranging from 2-10 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 48 weeks per year) or 4-8 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday, 40 weeks per year). Evenings and weekends are required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 2 Swimming Coach qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
