Payroll Executive

Role Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Senior Payroll Executive, supporting the Payroll Manager in delivering a first-class payroll service. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing payroll data, processing salary payments, and maintaining accurate records.

You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Your strong attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll data entry and manage employee queries
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to payroll process improvements and cost savings initiatives
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of payroll delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll management, preferably in a similar HR Solutions environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands

What We Offer

• Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
