Position: Clinical Podiatrist
Type: Part-time (2-3 days per week)
Setting: Clinical and Domiciliary
Pay: £30 per hour

Medineeds Health & Wellness is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Podiatrist to join our team of specialists in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing a complex podiatric caseload, as well as consulting with patients and communicating effectively with a passion for clinical excellence and high standards of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose patients with complex podiatric conditions
- Consult with patients and utilize relevant referral pathways
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Engage in continual professional development
- Develop own practice and the range of Podiatry treatments offered
- Maintain RCPOD/HCPC registration and comply with relevant professional guidelines
- Take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work
- Adapt to changing needs and conditions
- Build and maintain patient satisfaction
- Promote cooperation and commitment within the team
- Provide feedback and implement suggestions to improve daily running and efficiency
- Involvement with clinical audit process
- Strict confidentiality to be always adhered to
- Total dedication and commitment to the post
Special Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) Podiatric Medicine and Surgery
- Membership with Royal College of Podiatry
- Registration with Health Care Professions Council
- Local Anaesthetic Certificate
- Basic Life Support Certificate
- At least 2 years' post-graduate experience as a Podiatrist
- Evidence of appropriate and continued post-graduate training
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills
- Good IT Skills
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate
