Electro Mechanical Support Specialist

The Product Support Engineer will play a vital role within the support and service team, working on state-of-the-art equipment. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting customers with initial technical enquiries, advising on service/maintenance procedures and parts needed.
This is an office-based role offering product support, liaising with the service and support teams, and supporting customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers worldwide
- Liaising with the service and support teams
- Ordering and processing parts needed to service/maintain customer products and machinery across the globe
Requirements:
- Confident in English and Italian or Spanish
- Electro-mechanical skills or knowledge in a hands-on or support role
- Able to work from home but located near Watford
