Senior Fertility and Gynaecology Nurse

We are searching for an accomplished Senior Fertility Nurse to work alongside our distinguished team at a prestigious Private Fertility Clinic in the UK.
About Our Ideal Candidate:- To adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct and ensure patient well-being at all times.
- To be knowledgeable about patients' treatment plans and prescribed medications.
- To assess and plan individual patient care, implementing and evaluating treatment outcomes.
- To conduct ultrasound exams, dispense medications, and instruct patients in self-administration techniques.
- To collaborate with medical professionals in procedures like egg retrieval, embryo transfer, IUI, and endometrial sampling.
- To coordinate laboratory services, including blood draws, specimen handling, and shipping.
- To supervise junior nurses in fertility care, treatment planning, and ultrasound instruction.
- Familiarity with hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with colleagues and patients.
- Proficient in key software systems used in healthcare.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, data protection, and quality assurance principles.
- Intermediate life support certification and Microsoft Office skills.
This position requires participation in rotating shifts, including weekends and late hours, and oversight of nursing duties during the nurse manager's absence.
Compensation: £59,000 - £69,000 annually based on experience.
