Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Zip Water. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse and production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Support the production team in the efficient and effective production of our products.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg) as required.
