As a renowned whisky distillery, Tullibardine Distillery is seeking an experienced Distillery Manager to lead their operations. With a strong focus on efficiency improvements and carbon capture initiatives, this role is perfect for someone looking to take ownership of a more autonomous operation.

The successful candidate will oversee all distilling, warehouse, and tank farm operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely. This includes developing and implementing operational processes, maintaining standards for distilling operations, and providing coaching, training, and support to team members.

• Compliance to Health and Safety procedures
• Oversee all distilling, warehouse, and tank farm operations
• Develop and implement operational processes
• Maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Monitor and maintain all machinery and equipment related to distilling operations

• Previous experience in a similar role within a whisky/distilling environment
• Qualification in Brewing and Distilling, or similar
• Strong experience and understanding of operational processes

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum
