About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic infrastructure and transformation to our People Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and prioritise the backlog according to the People Strategy
- Support agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and monitor performance
- Collaborate with suppliers and experts to establish appropriate solutions
- Manage stakeholder relationships and implement new functionality
- Monitor project progress and manage product defects and enhancements
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Workday functionality and structure
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Trello
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management
- Proven track record of successful partnership working
