Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and order medicines in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure effective communication and planned goals are met.
  • Support new admissions and discharges, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans.
Requirements:

Current NMC registration and a good understanding of clinical practices are essential. Experience in writing care plans and a good knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLs, are also required.
