Job Title: Team Leader/Line Leader

SureStaffing UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Team Leader/Line Leader to join our team in Leeds, LS9 area. Our client produces a wide variety of allergy-free meal options.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader/Line Leader to oversee daily production operations and manage production staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily production operations and manage production staff
  • Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety protocols, especially in allergen-free areas
  • Monitor production lines to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Assist with preparing and packing food, as well as preparing orders for distribution
  • Train, supervise, and motivate production operatives
  • Monitor quality control throughout the production process to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Report any issues or breakdowns to management and work to resolve them promptly
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday, Late Shift, 4-day working week

Shift Times:

3:30 PM - 12:30 AM, 30-minute break (unpaid)

Pay Rate:

£12.50/hour
