Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support a gentleman in his own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to ensure the individual's comfort and well-being.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with light housekeeping.
  • Encouraging the individual to participate in activities and hobbies that promote mental and physical stimulation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably with a focus on supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with the individual and their family.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
