Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our nursery setting, promoting a safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment. The successful candidate will oversee monitoring, planning, and development while supporting equality and diversity in care and practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices aligned with Ofsted standards and requirements
  • Foster strong relationships with Local Authorities and other professionals

Requirements:

  • Early Years Degree or relevant childcare qualification
  • Minimum 18 months nursery management experience
  • Sound understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements
  • Knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

What We Offer: A competitive salary range of £42,000.00 - £47,000.00 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous holiday allowance, pension, and healthcare benefits.
