Lead Software Engineer

Our client, a leading tech and fintech brand based in Cardiff, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project roadmap and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of high-quality software products, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Product and DevOps functions to drive Agile practices and ensure seamless integration.
  • Motivate and manage a high-performing software team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive software development and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading software development teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products.
  • Technical expertise in software development, with a focus on Agile methodologies and software engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
