Cooking Expert

The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong understanding of menu specifications, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the head chef and other team members to deliver daily mis en place requirements, maintain kitchen audit standards, and assist with training junior staff.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in similar fresh food and restaurant environments or possess a genuine passion for good food. A natural confidence and ability to give clear instructions during busy periods are essential. We can offer on-site accommodation for this role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £34,500 per annum, plus an additional 5,000 (approx) service charge. Our benefits package includes discounts on products and dining experiences, volunteering days, private medical insurance, pension scheme, life assurance, and mental health support.
