The estimated salary for this position is between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus commission, which can reach up to 40% + annual bonuses, making it a very well-compensated offer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract high-caliber candidates from various backgrounds.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and provide recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment or a related field (preferably within White-Collar Construction).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
