About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ELCORA ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PLLC. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Utilize the latest tools and technologies to maximize equipment effectiveness and optimize maintenance processes.
  • Uphold all health and safety policies and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Support the development and progression of onsite apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and roll out best practices across multiple sites.
A Day in the Life

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer, you will be based on-site, allowing you to respond quickly to any machinery issues that arise. Your day will be filled with a range of planned preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring our equipment is working safely and efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to make suggestions for long-term improvements, driving positive change within our organization.

Working alongside senior colleagues, you will undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks, such as painting and plumbing, and will liaise with contractors when necessary. You will work on a range of shifts to ensure our sites are supported around the clock, allowing us to deliver at the speed we are known for.

About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is dedicated to keeping our equipment performing at its best. We work together to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. From installing automated packaging systems to overseeing the general maintenance of a site, our team handles most aspects of Amazon's technical side.
