Job Title: SAP BTP Developer - Build Applications

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BTP Developer to join our team at Dash Consultancy Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications using the SAP Build Apps platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop applications using the SAP Build Apps platform, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are scalable.
  • Configure and manage SAP Build Work Zone for application deployment and user access, ensuring seamless integration with the platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring a deep understanding of the business needs.
  • Customize and extend SAP Build applications to meet specific business needs, leveraging your expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related technologies.
  • Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting of SAP Build applications, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
  • Create and maintain documentation for application design, development, and deployment processes, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP Build and related technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our applications and services.
  • Work closely with business counterparts to understand their requirements and translate them into application delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
  • Provide support to end-users as needed during all phases of the project, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the application.

Technical Requirements

  • Good understanding of SAP Build Apps, SAPUI5, SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK), and other UI technologies, ensuring a solid foundation for application development.
  • Experience in setting up and configuring SAP Apps & Build Work Zone, ensuring seamless integration with the platform.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and authentication mechanisms, ensuring secure and reliable application deployment.
  • Solid understanding of OData services and integration, ensuring seamless data exchange between applications.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, ensuring efficient and effective application development.
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) is an added advantage, demonstrating expertise in cloud-based application development.
