Speech Therapist

Job Overview
Ripplevale School, a specialist day school and college, is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a school setting and be able to develop and deliver holistic intervention programmes for children aged 6-25 with diagnoses such as ASD, DLD, anxiety, speech, language and communication needs, dyspraxia or dyslexia.
About the Role
This part-time position involves working individually, in small groups or within the classroom to support students with speech and language difficulties. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the way Speech and Language Therapy is delivered in the school, working independently but with regular support and supervision. They will also contribute to the EHCP process by providing professional opinions and recommendations at annual reviews.
