Skilled Tradesperson

As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled duties involved in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and painting of all of the Society's buildings.
Under the direction of the Senior Maintenance Manager, you will work on a range of tasks, including maintenance, repair, alteration, and painting of buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled and semi-skilled duties involved in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and painting of buildings.
- Work under the direction of the Senior Maintenance Manager.
- Carry out a range of tasks, including maintenance, repair, alteration, and painting of buildings.
About the Role:
