Mencap seeks dedicated individuals to join our team in Mansfield, supporting people with learning disabilities.
This role involves assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, making a positive impact on their lives.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
This position requires a driver's license.
Contract Options:
- Full-time: 2 x 37.5 hours.
Shift Times:
- Days: 07:00-14:30 and 14:30-22:00.
All services are 24-hour care, allowing for a planned personal and social life.
*An enhanced DBS check and suitable references are required.
