Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, Hire, and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team: Identify, attract, and retain top sales talent to drive revenue growth and expand our distribution network.
- Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, and ensure strong execution of field-level sales activities.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with distributors, end-users, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
- Drive Sales Growth through Distribution Partners: Support distribution partners in their sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
- Provide Expertise and Support: Develop and maintain expertise in Blackline Safety's solutions and provide support to sales teams, distributors, and end-users to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- 10+ Years of Direct and Distribution Channel Selling Experience: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with distributors and end-users.
- 5+ Years of Sales Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Relevant Industry Experience: Experience in the gas detection, safety, or HESAAS industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent Leadership and Influencing Skills: Ability to build strong business partnerships and influence stakeholders to drive sales growth and business objectives.
