We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Coordinator to join our team at Data Privacy Recruitment Ltd. This exciting opportunity will involve working with us to ensure the highest standards of data protection and risk management across the organisation.

About the Role

This is a challenging role that requires a high degree of autonomy and independence, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing data protection responsibilities, providing advice and guidance to staff, and implementing effective risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Information Management/Data Protection: Monitor organisational compliance with data protection requirements, provide advice and support to maintain an appropriate level of compliance and accountability, and escalate where necessary to senior stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Support the Chief of Staff and Chief Finance Officer with internal audit, contribute to and implement the Risk Management Strategy, and monitor performance of the Risk Management Strategy.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of data protection legislation and regulations.
  • Experience of working in information management, dealing with personal data requests, and handling information in accordance with data protection legislation.
  • A professional qualification in data protection or risk management would be advantageous.

Please note that this role is subject to Personnel Vetting, and candidates must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years in order for clearance to be obtained.
